Who I am

 

I am a Retired Police Officer and a former Deputy Public Defender. I have the unique insight from both the law enforcement and defense counsel perspectives to develope the appropriate and effective theory of defense, giving my clients the best and most well-rounded representation available.

Criminal Defense

When you are charged with a crime, whether it is a DUI, Drug related offense, or any misdemeanor or felony charge, an experienced attorney is very important to the defense for the person charged.  I am an advocate for my clients.

When facing criminal prosecution, DUI or drug bust, your immediate future is at stake, and you could be facing jail time or violation of probation. I will work diligently to defend you and protect your rights. I am dedicated to arguing the strengths of your case while identifying the weakness in the prosecution's case in order to reach a satisfactory resolution whether it is a plea-negotiation, alternative sentencing, or defending you at trial.

Family Law 

My law practice includes the area of Family Law where my approach is both aggressive and compassionate, understanding the emotional and potential financial cost involved.  I will handle your Divorce, Spousal Support, Child Support or Modification of prior support orders.  Frequently parties are unable to determine custodial arrangements and related visitation issues involving their children.  I can assist you in determining the best interest of the children involved during this very difficult transitional period.

My Office is located in North Orange County, in the Fullerton Towers, across from the North Justice Center, Superior Court in the City of Fullerton and nearby cities of Anaheim, Brea, La Habra, Placentia and Buena Bark.  

Free initial office consultation and low reasonable cost 

Low fees ranging from $150 to $185 per hour, depending on the complexities of the issues involved
